This style of ice cream is made using the Ayurvedic principles of Dairy Farming and Processing where milk, mawa (Indian Milk Solids) and unique authentic flavors from around the world are cooked together resulting in a buttery-rich with caramelized notes ice cream. Discovered by dancing goats of Ethiopia in 700 A.D., coffee beans have since traveled from Africa to Arabia to India and eventually to Vietnam in 1857.
