  • Please read and follow all instructions. Kids, remember to have an adult help you carve your pumpkin. 1. Start: Cut a wide circle around the pumpkin stem with the detail saw. Push saw gently to break pumpkin skin - do not stab or jab. Pull the cut lid off the pumpkin by the stem. Do not use the detail saw to pry off the lid. Use the Goop Scoop the scoop out the inside of the pumpkin. 2. Trace. Trace a rectangle on one side of the pumpkin smaller than the Prison Bars. The Prison Bars are 7 in. (17.78 cm) wide x 5 in. (12.7 cm) high so the rectangle should be no larger than 6 in. (15.24 cm) wide x 4 in. (10.16 cm) high. Center the Prison Bars over the traced rectangle and gently press the four tips into the pumpkin to mark the position only. Do not press the entire tip into the pumpkin yet. 3. Carving. Carve the rectangle and remove. Gently insert the detail saw into the 4 marked locations for tips. Insert the detail saw approx. 3/4 in. (1.9 cm) deep. 4. Set the scene. Place the skeletons and light inside the pumpkin to create you own scene. Complete the scent by inserting the tips of the Prison Bars into the 4 holes. Your scene is now set! Battery replacement should be performed by adults only. Battery Replacement: 1. Turn on/off switch to the off position and remove Phillips head screw from battery compartment lid. 2. Remove battery compartment lid. 3. Insert (3) LR44 batteries into battery compartment. Battery Caution: 1. Do not mix old and new batteries. 2. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. 3. Do not put batteries in backward. Positive (+) and negative (-) ends must face proper direction. 4. Do not leave batteries in product for a long periods of non-use. 5. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
