  • Key Lime Shrimp Tacos: 1 small onion, thinly sliced. 1 poblano or Anaheim chile, thinly sliced. 1 pound peeled, deveined medium shrimp. 1 pouch Frontera Taco skillet Sauce Warm tortillas, chopped cilantro, for serving. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and chile. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 4 minutes. Remove to a plate. 2. Add 1 tablespoon oil to skillet. Add shrimp and cook until opaque, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove to the plate. 3. Heat sauce in skillet. Add shrimp mixture. Stir until cooked through (145 degrees F), about 1 minute. Serve in warm tortillas with cilantro. Variation: Substitute 1-lb sea scallops or cubed firm fish, such as halibut, for the shrimp.
