  • Quick & Easy Stir Fry:
    • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 stalk celery, sliced
    • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    • 12 oz Mung Bean Sprouts
    • 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tsp light soy sauce

    Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add the garlic, onion and celery to the pan or wok and cook for one minute, stirring continually. Add the mung bean sprouts, oyster sauce, soy sauce and mushrooms and stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes.
