Description

Velvety-smooth and less stringy on the inside than other varieties, Ataulfo mangos are ripe when they give a little when squeezed and have a few fine wrinkles. To enjoy their sweet-tart taste and peachy aroma, peel the tangerine-colored skin and dice into cubes. Or cut mango into chunks for smoothies, drinks, fruit salad and desserts.
