  • Pan Fy: Heat enough oil in deep skillet over Medium-High heat for meat to float. Coat nuggets with flour then dip in milk or beaten egg. Coat in New Orleans Fish Fry, or mix 3/4 cup cornmeal, 1/4 cup flour and salt, cayenne, and garlic powder to taste. Fry in 375°F oil 4 - 5 minutes depending on size until nuggets are golden in color. Drain on paper towel, serve hot with hot pepper or tartar sauce.
