    Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
  • Fry: Heat enough oil in deep skillet over medium-high heat for meat to float (375°F is ideal). Cut fillets into 1" wide strips, coat with flour. Dip in milk or beaten egg, coat in pre-mixed fish fry, or mix 3/4 cup cornmeal, 1/4 cup flour and salt, cayenne, and garlic powder to taste. Place fillets in oil for 4 - 5 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Drain on rack.
