Keep Refrigerated. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Press seasonings onto surface of roast. Place on a rack in a roasting pan. DO NOT add water to roast. Leave uncovered in center of oven for 35 min/lb until a meat thermometer in center reads 135 degree internal temperature. Let stand 15 minutes before carving. Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
