Keep Refrigerated- Heat oven to 300 degrees F rub both sides of ribs with seasoning place on a rack in a large shallow pan add 1 cup water to bottom of pan cover with foil seal tightly to enclose steam Cook 1 1/2 hours in center of oven finish ribs by grilling 12/15 minutes over Medium heat (375 degree surface temperature is ideal) turn every 5 minutes OPTIONS: Grill, Slow Roast, Stew
