  • Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Rub both sides of ribs with seasoning. Place on a rack in a large shallow pan. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil & seal tightly to enclose steam. Cook 1 1/2 hours in the center of the oven. Finish ribs by grilling 12/15 minutes over Medium heat (375 degrees surface temperature is ideal). Turn every 5 minutes. OPTIONS: Grill, Slow Roast, & Stew.
