Description

Wild caught and sustainably sourced, this fresh Atlantic cod loin is a succulent cut of the fillet. Meaty, flaky and firm, it's great for making beer-battered fish & chips and creamy fish chowder, just to name a couple ideas. Mild in taste, it doesn't have a strong fishy flavor and works well in a variety of recipes or simply on its own as the star of the plate.
