Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season cod as desired. Bake until firm for about 12 - 15 minutes until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Other options: Grill or pan fry.
