About Frenchy's
In 1965, Percy "Frenchy" Creuzot Jr. left Louisiana with the goal of sharing authentic Creole recipes and traditions with Houstonians. And so began the Frenchy's legacy.   • Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use.

    Stovetop: Pour base into a stockpot and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Add cooked sausage, chicken or shrimp, salt to taste and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Ladle gumbo over hot cooked white rice. Garnish with parsley or sliced green onion.
