Contains: wheat, soy. Manufactured on equipment that processes eggs.- Ready in 3 minutes. Microwave Directions: Place noodles, vegetable 1/4 cup of water and sauce base in a microwavable dish. Cover and heat on high for 3-4 minutes. Mix well and serve. (If preparing with cooked meat, add during final minute of cooking). Get creative. Add you favorite protein and vegetables or whatever is in your refrigerator. Stir fry last night’s leftovers to make them new again. Great add-ons are garlic, fresh ginger, fresh turmeric. For extended use, freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost in refrigerator or in boiling water. Stir Fry Directions: 1 To loosen noodles, puncture pouch and microwave on high for 1 minute or rinse noodles under hot water. 2. Heat 1-2 tbsp. of oil in a pan or wok. On medium high heat stir-fry vegetables 1-2 minutes. Add noodles, 1/2 cup of water and sauce base. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes and serve. (If preparing with cooked meat, add during final minute of stir-fry). Keep refrigerated. Perishable.
