Description
Flex Seal Liquid is a thick rubberized liquid that you can brush, roll, dip or pour. It starts out as a thick liquid and dries to a strong, flexible, watertight, rubberized coating. Seals out air, water and moisture and is mildew, chemical and UV resistant.

Caution: Combustible liquid harmful if swallowed.
Eye Contact: If product enters the eyes, open eyes while under gentle running water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
Skin contact: Wash skin thoroughly after handling. Seek medical attention if irritation develops and persists. Remove contaminated clothing. Launder contaminated clothing before re-use.
Inhalation: If breathing becomes difficult, remove victim to fresh air. Seek medical attention if breathing difficulty continues. Ingestion: If product is swallowed do not induce vomiting. Call poison control or seek medical attention. Keep out of the reach of children.- 1. Surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil and dirt. Increase adhesion by etching surface with sandpaper.
2. Brush, roll, dip or pour directly onto surface. Coat entire surface until all cracks and holes are completely filled. Apply additional coats as needed. Allow each coat to dry completely before adding additional coats. Allow 24 to 48 hours or more to dry. Covers up to 18.75 Square Feet. All cracks and holes must be completely filled and dry before testing product.
3. Clean Up: Wet Flex Seal Liquid can be easily cleaned with a dry cloth or paper towel. Brushes and rollers can be cleaned with mineral spirits. Not intended for professional roofers. Protective clothing is recommended. Stir can well, do not shake.
