Enjoy a delectable Salmon Entrée.

This delicious dish features freshly poached Wild Pacific salmon in a fine light cream sauce, flavored with dill and sweet onions grown on Northwest farms. Then we added a few capers and finished it off with a splash of chardonnay.

  • 1. Submerge the pouch in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and give it a shake. 2. Cut or rip off the top and pour into a bowl or eat out of the pouch. Microwave: Cut 1 inch vent in top and heat for 1 minute or to your preference.
