Swai FilletAllergens and safety warnings
Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated.- Heat enough oil in deep skillet over Medium-High heat for meat to float. Cut fillets into 1" wide strips coat with flour. Dip in milk or beaten egg coat in New Orleans Fish Fry or mix 3/4 cup cornmeal 1/4 cup flour and salt, cayenne and garlic powder to taste. Fry in 375°F oil 4-5 minutes until golden. Drain on rack. Options: Grill, Bake or Pan Fry
