Our Gewurtztraminer fruit was harvested in the cool-climate vineyards of Monterey County at peak ripeness to capture the signature aromatics of this expressive variety. The grapes were whole cluster-pressed, then fermented in 100% stainless steel with partial lees contact, to enhance the mouthfeel.
