- To Use: Hold bottom of sharpening sleeve and gently remove knife with opposite hand. Blade edge will sharpen as knife is removed from sleeve, as well as inserted into sleeve. Hand-washing: For all fine cutlery, best results are obtained by hand-washing. Wash with warm, soapy water, and rinse thoroughly. Dry immediately. For safety, wash each item separately, not with cutlery or utensils.
