Dragon Slayer is an English Cheddar made with wholegrain mustard seeds and English ale - sourced from Bowland Brewery. During the aging process, the cheese is coated in a bright red wax to help retain moisture. Dragon Slayer is a buttery and tangy cheese with plenty of bite, not only do the mustard seeds give it its marvelous flavor, but also its texture, which is bursting with mustard in every bite. Dragon Slayer makes a great addition to any cheese board and makes for a fantastic burger topping or grilled sandwich filling. Vegetarian and GMO-free.
