Himalayan salt baths have been known to improve the texture, tone and appearance of your skin, combat water retention, promote sinus health, prevent muscle cramping and soreness, regulate sleep, and even decrease stress. It has been said that a 30 minute soak is the equivalent of a 3-day cleanse.

    Himalayan Salt.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation develops.

  • Add 1/2 cup of our bath salt into warm water and soak for 15-30 minutes. For a greater skin cleansing, add 1 lb or more into warm water and soak for 30-40 minutes.
