Description
Our Ember Chardonnay is rich & toasty with hints of butter, complimented by layers of apple, spice & tropical notes. We sourced our Chardonnay grapes from the cool-climate vineyards of Californias Central Coast where favorable growing conditions allow for the grapes to retain good acidity and develop intense fruit flavors. The grapes for our California Chardonnay were harvested at optimum ripeness. Malolactic fermentation was completed to bring out the rich mouthfeel. It was aged for 2 months on carefully selected oak to complement ripe fruit aromas with spice and toasty notes. This well-balanced Chardonnay is delicious by itself or pairs nicely with poultry, pork, fish and vegetarian dishes.
