El Mexicano Mojo Criollo Marinating Sauce has real fruit. No artificial color or sugar added. Mojo Criollo (mo-ho) is a marinating sauce for beef, poultry, pork and fish. Its origins are a mystery. Some believe a similar sauce was brought to America by the Spanish conquistadors and once here, the original recipe was enriched with local ingredients resulting in what we now know as Mojo Criollo. The fact is that to this day, this special marinade remains a favorite in every kitchen.
