    Ingredients

    Mix: Whole Wheat Flour, Sugar, Soybean Oil. Contains 2% or Less of: Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dextrin, Dextrose, Salt, Maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Emulsifier (Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Mono and Diglycerides), Modified Food Starch, Xanthan Gum. Cinnamon Topping Packet: Sugar, Whole Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil), Pecan Meal, Dextrose, Spice, Dextrose, Natural Butter Flavor. Cinnamon Packet: High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sugar, Water, Cinnamon.

  • Makes 6 jumbo, 12 medium, or 36 mini muffins. You Will Need: 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup oil. Cooking: 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease muffin pans or line with paper baking cups. 2. Mix: Empty muffin mix into large bowl. Stir eggs, water and oil into muffin mix until moistened (about 50 strokes). Batter may be slightly lumpy. Knead cinnamon packet 10 second before opening. Squeeze contents over top of batter. Swirl into batter with knife or spatula. Do not completely mix in. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans. Fill cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle topping over muffins before baking. 3. Bake: Bake in center of oven at 375 degrees F 14-18 minutes until crumb topping is lightly brown. Cool 5-10 minutes. Gently loosen muffins before removing from pan. 6 jumbo muffins: 21-25 minutes; 12 medium muffins: 14-18 minutes; 36 mini muffins: 10-13 minutes. No Cholesterol Recipe: Prepare and bake muffins following directions above, except using 4 egg whites or 1/2 cup egg substitute, 1/4 cup oil and 1/2 cup water. Mix as directed above.
