    Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, Sugar, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Artificial Flavor [Vanillin]), Brown Sugar (Sugar, Cane Syrups), Soybean Oil, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Contains 2% or Less of: Dextrin, Dextrose, Salt, Emulsifier (Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Mono and Diglycerides), Modified Food Starch, Natural and Artificial Flavor (Maltodextrin, Caramelized Sugar Syrup, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Salt), Xanthan Gum, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Salt), Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavor.

  • Makes 6 jumbo, 12 medium, or 36 mini muffins. You Will Need: 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons oil. Cooking: 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease muffin pans or line with paper baking cups. 2. Mix: Empty muffin mix into large bowl. Stir eggs, water and oil into muffin mix until moistened (about 50 strokes). Batter may be slightly lumpy. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans. Fill cups 2/3 full. 3. Bake: Bake in center of oven at 375 degrees F. Follow cooking times provided. 6 jumbo muffins: 21-25 minutes; 12 medium muffins: 14-18 minutes; 36 mini muffins: 10-13 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes. Gently loosen muffins before removing from pan. No Cholesterol Recipe: Prepare and bake muffins following directions above, except using 4 egg whites or 1/2 cup egg substitute, 1/4 cup oil and 1/2 cup water. High Altitude (over 3,500 ft): stir 2 tablespoons flour into the mix and follow basic directions above.
