- Your shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST. Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes. Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe. Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear.
