Why It Works:
• A callus is caused by the buildup of hard, dead skin over an area of pressure. Calluses on the feet are often caused by friction and pressure from footwear as well as abnormal patterns of walking or repetitive activities (such as in sports).
• Dr. Scholl’s® Callus Removers with Hydrogel technology surround calluses and hard skin with a thin and flexible gel that provides immediate relief from painful shoe pressure and friction. Maximum strength medicated discs deliver a safe and effective callus treatment that makes callus removal simple.
  • Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Salicylic Acid (40 %), Callus Remover. Inactive Ingredients: Antioxidant (CAS 991-84-4), Iron Oxides, Mineral Oil, Petroleum Hydrocarbon Resin, Silicon Dioxide, Synthetic Polyisoprene Rubber, Talc.

    Allergens and safety warnings

Warnings: For external use only. Do not use: If you are a diabetic; if you have poor blood circulation; on irritated skin or any area that is infected or reddened. Stop use and ask a doctor if discomfort lasts. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
  • Directions: Wash affected area and dry thoroughly. If necessary, cut medicated disc to fit callus. Apply medicated disc with sticky side adhering to skin. Cover medicated disc with enclosed cushion. After 48 hours, remove medicated disc. Repeat procedure every 48 hours as needed for up to 14 days (until callus is removed). May soak callus in warm water for 5 minutes to assist in removal. Instructions For Use: Ensure the skin is clean, dry and free of creams and oils. Place dark sticky side of disc over center of the callus. Remove backing film marked Step 1 and place center (adhesive side down) over the disc with narrower side pointing toward your toes. Removes backing film marked Step 2. Then remove blue tab and firmly smooth down adhesive edge to the skin.
