Contains: soy, wheat, milk.- Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F prior to eating. Microwave Oven: 1. Microwave on High for 3 minutes with plastic film in place. 2. Lift film over beans and rice only, stir. Replace film, rotate 1/4 turn and cook 3 to 4 minutes. 3. Let stand 2 minutes before carefully removing film and serving. Microwave Ovens vary, cooking times may require adjustment. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Do not remove plastic film. 3. Bake on cooking sheet and cook for 30-35 minutes. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Important: Use or freeze within 7 days of opening package.
