Description
Under its purple robe with ruby ​​reflections, this wine has powerful aromas of red fruits. On the palate, it is round, very fruity and persistent. To be consumed between 12 and 15°C, and to be served with poultry, white meats, charcuterie and cheese.
Blend of Pinot Noir 60%, Gamay 40%. The grapes macerate and ferment with the marc for 6 to 8 days at 28°C in order to extract the maximum of aromas and colors. Then, the pond is gently pressed with a pneumatic press to avoid bringing too hard and harsh tannins. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is stored at 12°C in underground vats, without fining, until bottling.
