Corn Masa (Corn, Water, Corn Flour, Salt, Fresh Garlic) Beef, Water, Cooked Potatoes, Fresh Bell Peppers, Fresh Onions, Fresh Tomatoes, Cooked Rice, Fresh Green Onions, Corn Oil, Salt, Spices, Fresh Garlic, Paprika, Pre Fried in Vegetable Oil Blend (Soy Bean, Canola and Corn Oil).- Safe Handling Instructions: Keep product frozen. Cook thoroughly. Due to oven variations, cooking may require adjustments. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: (Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F). Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees F for 3 minutes. Put empanadas in a single layer in the basket. Set the cooking time for 7-8 minutes, flip empanadas half way through. Cooking may require adjustments depending on the amount to be heated. Frying instructions: Heat oil to 350 degrees F and fry from frozen cook for 5-6 minutes depending on the amount to be fried. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the empanadas on a baking sheet tray and bake depending on the type of oven. 15-25 minutes (Depending of the amount to be heated) Keep product frozen.
