    Allergens and safety warnings

  • Injector: Remove plastic from needle tip. Attach needle by turning clockwise. Never bend needle from side to side. Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. Preparation: Prior to injecting, always pour a portion of the marinade into a bowl or measuring cup to eliminate contamination of remaining product. Inject 1 to 2 oz per lb evenly throughout. Place in pan and pour marinade generously over top. Bake, grill or smoke until desired temperature is reached. Enjoy!
