Description
Cream of Wheat Original Enriched Farina is made with ground wheat and has a smooth texture. The traditional cook-on-stove product is prepared by boiling water or milk and slowly pouring in the ground wheat while stirring. Let it simmer while stirring 2 ½ minutes after the ground wheat is blended. This product may also be cooked using a microwave oven for faster and easier preparation.

Contains wheat.- Microwave Directions: 1. Mix cereal and 1/2 cup water in microwavable bowl. For creamier cereal, use fat free milk. 2. Cook on high 1 to 1-1/2 minutes (Microwave ovens vary. Cooking time is approximate). 3. Stir 1 minute and serve. Caution: Bowl may be hot; use care when removing from microwave. Conventional Directions: 1. Empty packet into bowl. 2. Add 1/2 cup boiling water all at once. For creamier cereal, use hot fat free milk. 3. Stir 1 minute or until well blended. For thinner cereal, use a little more liquid. For thicker cereal, use a little less liquid. Follow conventional directions using 1/2 cup water or milk and 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp Cream of Wheat omitting salt (Cereal will be very thick).
