Moisturizing Topcoat: Sucrose Polycottonseedate, Ozokerite, Beeswax/Cire D'Abeille, Tocopheryl Acetate, Tocopherol, Propyl Gallate, Propylparaben, Acetyl Glucosamine, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Sodium Saccharin, Flavor/Aroma.

  • 1. Apply color to clean lips. 2. Let dry 60 seconds, don't press lips together. 3. Apply moisturizing topcoat for shine and comfort. Use as a lip balm to refresh throughout the day. To remove Outlast, use Covergirl Clean Makeup remover for eyes and lips or baby oil. Good for 36 months once opened.
