Description
Cantuccini means "coffee bread" in Italian, twice-baked cookies or biscuits originating in the Italian Tuscan city of Prato near Castel del Piano where Corsini Biscotti, Cantuccini and Amaretti are made. These oblong-shaped almond biscuits, are the mini-cousins of the larger biscotti; made dry and crunch through cutting the loaf of dough while still hot and fresh from baking in the oven. The Corsini family has been making biscotti for 3 generations. Product of Italy.
Corsini's Cranberry Cantuccini are a wonderful twist to a traditional Tuscan recipe. The Corsini family bakery opened in 1921 with a wood-burning oven in the heart of Tuscany and a simple mission of creating authentic pastries without sacrificing the quality of ingredients. Based on traditional recipes and artisanal production handed down for generations, Corsini products are dedicated to those who love the most authentic flavors of Tuscany.
