While there are a lot of salsas out there, very few offer a truly unique flavor, which is why our chefs created Escabeche Style Salsa. Escabeche is a spicy vinegar-based Mexican marinade often used to flavor onions, jalapenos and carrots. We've redefined escabeche by using it as the foundation for our salsa, then added fire-roasted chiles, garlic, fresh cilantro and lime juice for a truly original salsa. Try it warmed up with chips.
