Cooking Instruction: preheat oven to 325 degrees f. Coat 9 x 13 baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray. Step One: in a large mixing bowl, empty the jar of Cookwell & Company Texas Ranch Casserole Mix with chicken, then stir. Step Two: layer one-third each of tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese evenly in dish. Repeat layers twice more. Bake uncovered 35-45 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Let rest 5 minutes prior to serving. Optional garnishes, drizzled sour crema, chopped cilantro, diced tomato & onion. Refrigerate after opening.
