Columbus Sliced Calabrese Salami is an inspired recipe from the Calabria Region of Italy. Made from whole cuts of hand trimmed pork and seasoned with crushed red pepper and red bell peppers, giving it a ruby red color and spicy finish. Slow aged for exceptional flavor, following perfected recipes for over the past 100 years. This Calabrese salami gives you a nice, spicy, mature, and robust taste. Pre sliced. Pairs well with manchego, pepper jack, or mahon cheeses. Can be paired with peppadew or sweety drop peppers as well. Drinks well with Barolo, crisp wheat beer, or stout.
