    This cookware is pre-seasoned. If you need to season again:

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    2. Wipe a thin layer of vegetable oil all over cookware using a paper towel. Be sure to remove wooden handle before placing in the oven.

    3. Place cookware in hot oven for one hour.

    4. Turn off oven and allow to cool in place.

    5. Once cool, remove from oven. Wipe with paper towel to remove any excess oil. The press is ready to be used or stored between uses.
