Once ripened, they are hand-harvested, pressed and naturally refined, resulting in a product that's as beautiful as it is versatile. We aimed to create a cooking oil that is naturally delicious, healthy and shelf-stable without the addition of unnecessary chemicals… and that's exactly what we've done.
