About Cheeziños
The Cheeziños story begins with Dona Keiko, a Brazilian grandmother. She brought her family recipe for gluten-free Brazilian-style cheese rolls, traditionally known as "pão de queijo," to Texas after her granddaughter, Isabel, developed a gluten sensitivity. Friends and family loved grandma's bread and asked her to bring her cheese rolls to birthday parties and wedding receptions. It wasn't long before Dona and her daughter-in-law, Anh Kajita, transitioned to using a commercial kitchen to meet the growing word-of-mouth demand. Today, Dona Keiko makes sure that every package of Cheeziños is made with the same love and carefully selected ingredients that were in the first batch she made for Isabel.

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Do not refreeze rolls once thawed. Do not microwave.- Oven:Preheat rolls to 375°F. Do not thaw rolls before baking.
