Ingredients
ORGANIC PLUM PEELED TOMATOES, ORGANIC TOMATO JUICE.
Traditional Pasta Sauce: 1 can (28 oz) Central Market Organics San Marzano Tomatoes 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp chopped garlic 2 tsp basil salt and pepper to taste Heat oil in a large sauce pan along with garlic over medium heat. Once garlic is golden in color add tomatoes, basil and season. Using a spoon, mix all ingredients while breaking up the tomatoes. Let simmer 10-15 minutes. Makes sauce for 1 lb pasta.
