Boasting 38% less fat than whole milk, Central Market organic grass-fed 2% milk offers an excellent source of calcium, with vitamins A and D added. Ultra-pasteurized and Grade A quality, it comes from Texas dairy cows that have access to fresh air and sunshine. When not in the pasture, they rest in open housing that’s clean and dry. For milk that’s fresh from Texas farms, pick up a half gallon and taste the difference.
