CRUST PACKET (WHEAT FLOUR [MILLED WHEAT, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR], POWDERED SUGAR [SUGAR, CORNSTARCH], NATURAL FLAVORS, SALT), FILLING PACKET (SUGAR, WHEAT FLOUR [MILLED WHEAT, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR], SALT, CITRIC ACID).Allergens and safety warnings
Keep in a cool, dry place. Contains: WHEAT- You Will Need: Crust Packet (Included) 10 Tablespoons Butter, Room Temperature Filling Packet (Included) 3 Large Eggs, Room Temperature 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice (About 3 Lemons) Powdered Sugar (Optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease 8"x 8" baking pan. Crust: Mix crust packet and softened butter using electric mixer on medium-low speed until crumbly. Continue to mix until dough comes together. Press dough into prepared pan and slightly up sides of pan. Prick dough all over with a fork to prevent bubbles. Bake for about 20 minutes until crust is golden around edges. Filling: Reduce oven to 325˚F after crust has been par-baked. Mix filling packet, eggs, and lemon juice in medium-sized mixing bowl. Immediately pour filling over hot crust and return to oven for about 25 minutes or until center of filling is set. Let lemon squares cool completely before slicing and dusting with powdered sugar (optional).
