Atla Langa La Tur. This cheese is equal parts sheep, goat, and cows milk. It has a very mousse like inside that is also tangy. It can be left to be age a bit more. It becomes fluffy and creamy as time passes. A thin layer of mold starts growing on the top as well as becoming more wrinkly on the outside as you let it age a bit more.
