Contains soy ingredients.- Stovetop Directions: Heat 1/2 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add edamame pods. Cover; reduce heat to medium-high and boil gently 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. (To serve cold, rinse with cold water; drain.) Do not consumer pods; remove edamame from pods before eating. Microwave directions: Add edamame pods to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover, microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully, stir well. (To serve cold, rinse with cold water, drain.) Do not consume pods, remove edamame from pods before eating. Microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave.
