(To serve cold, rinse with cold water; drain.) Do not consumer pods; remove edamame from pods before eating. Microwave directions: Add edamame pods to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover, microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully, stir well. (To serve cold, rinse with cold water, drain.)
