    Ingredients

    Black Pepper, Water, Sugar, Salt, Soya Bean Oil, Garlic, Oyster Flavour, E621 Monosodium Glutamate.

  • Preparation: 100 g. Sliced Beef. 70 g. Diced Onion, 50 g. Diced Carrot. 35 g. Black Pepper Sauce (Caravelle Brand), 1/2 cup (100g)of water, and 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok. Add sliced beef, stir-fry until cooked. Add onion, carrot, stirred till cooked through. Add water, simmer a bit then add 2 tbsp of black pepper sauce stir well, serve.
