Once bag is opened, store in a cool, dark place. Store bag in a freezer if you intend to keep longer than 2 weeks.- Grinding Coffee Beans:
Using a coffee grinder, grind whole beans to the coarseness level below that matches your desired brewing method.
Coarse (French Press and Cold Brew): Grind beans for about 8 – 12 seconds.
Medium (Drip Coffee and Moka Pot): Grind beans for about 12 – 15 seconds.
Fine (Pour-Over Coffee): Grind beans for about 15 – 21 seconds.
Extra Fine (Espresso): Grind beans for 21 – 24 seconds.
More Tips:
Always use fresh, cold water when making coffee.
Use 2 level tablespoons per 6 ounces of water and adjust to your strength preference.
Once brewed, do not continue heating coffee, as the taste changes and can become bitter after 15 minutes on a burner.
