Roasted and Ground Coffee, Caramelized Sugar (Piloncillo) and Cinnamon.- Cafe Legal de Olla can be made the old fashioned way without using a coffee maker. Instructions: -Heat the desired number of 12 fl oz cups of water to a boil, and remove from stove. -Add one tablespoon (5 g) of Cafe Legal de Olla per cup of hot water and don't stir for four minutes. -Serve using a fine mesh kitchen strainer to remove the ground coffee, if desired, add your favorite sweetener to taste and enjoy a great cup of Cafe Legal de Olla. A great reminder that it's important to give yourself some quality time! Optional drip coffee maker instructions: -Add one tablespoon (5 g) of Cafe Legal de Olla per 12 fl oz cup of water. Brew a maximum of 4 cups at a time. Refrigerate after opening to help preserve flavor and aroma.
