Keep frozen. Use within 3 – 6 months of purchase date. Refrigerate carved leftovers within 2 hours of eating and consume them within 3 days.- To Thaw:
Place unopened turkey breast on a tray in the refrigerator for 1-½ –2 days or until thawed.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove thawed turkey breast from packaging. Drain juices and pat dry with paper towel. Place it skin-side down on a rack in a roasting pan. Cook uncovered for 1 hour. Remove pan from oven and rotate the turkey breast so it's skin-side up. Brush or spray skin lightly with vegetable or cooking oil. Return pan to oven. Roast uncovered until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reads 170°F. Let stand for 10 minutes before carving.
