Turkey, Water. Contains 2% or Less of: Salt, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphate, Carrageenan, Smoke Flavoring, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep frozen until ready to thaw. Allow 2 - 4 days for thawing in the refrigerator. Can be kept frozen in freezer for up to 3 months. Refrigerate carved leftovers within 2 hours of eating and consume within 3 days.- To Thaw: Place unopened turkey breast-side up in the refrigerator on a tray to catch any juices. Allow at least 1 day of thawing for every 4 lbs of turkey.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove packaging from turkey. Place thawed turkey breast-side up on a flat rack in a shallow roasting pan. Brush or spray skin lightly with vegetable or cooking oil. Place turkey in oven and cook until a meat thermometer inserted deep into the thigh (without touching the bone) reaches 140°F. Carve and serve immediately.
