Keep frozen until ready to thaw. Can be stored in freezer unopened for up to 2 years. Refrigerate leftovers within 1 hour of eating. Consume leftover turkey within 3 days.- To Thaw:
Place unopened roast on a tray in the refrigerator for 1-½ - 2 days or until thawed. When thawed, keep roast in refrigerator until ready to cook. Cook within four days of thawing.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove plastic netting and wrapper from roast. Leave on inner string netting, as it holds the roast together during roasting. Refrigerate gravy packet until ready to use. Drain juices and lightly pat with paper towels. Lift string netting and shift the position of the roast to make removal easier after cooking.
Cover roast with nonstick cooking spray. Place roast skin-side up on a rack in a roasting pan. Do not add water to pan. Roast uncovered until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reaches 170°F and inserted into the center of the roast reaches 175°F. Wrap in foil and let stand for 10 minutes. Remove netting and slice roast.
